CouponFlasher.com (a Groupon rival) has expanded sales into Palm Beach County. The company has joined forces with Big Mouth Advertising in their Boca Raton, FL office and begun growing the sales force and telemarketing into Palm Beach County. Big Mouth Advertising is preparing to advertise CouponFlasher.com on their Mobile Billboards to begin branding the web site in local markets. CouponFlasher.com is already ranked in the top 30,000 web sites in the country according to Alexa.com, in just 3 months. OUTFRONT COMPANIES (Pink Sheets:OTFT) has acquired three companies as subsidiaries, SOAMAC – Online Asset Management for Small Business (www.soamac.com), VOACAM – Online Video Production (www.voacam.com), and CouponFlasher.com – Online E Coupons also incorporating Direct Mail for Small Business (www.couponflasher.com). OutFront Companies is seeking funding for expansion in the South Florida Market and feels with the proprietary business model and proprietary software it has in development, revenues could reach $1.6 million, first year. This could carry the company to upwards of $16 million in revenues, second year. These figures come from the success CouponFlasher.com has had in its first quarter in a very small market and with the success of Groupon and Living Social in their ability to raise capital to create rapid expansion.
