Pan Global, Corp. Accepts Final Engineering Due Diligence Report on 2nd Potential Small-Hydro Plant Acquisition

CARSON CITY, NV--(Marketwired - Feb 20, 2014) -  Pan Global, Corp. (OTCQB: PGLO) (the "Company") today announces that it has received and accepted the final engineering due diligence report on a 9.5MW small-hydro plant potential acquisition target in northern India which is the Company's second potential small-hydro plant acquisition. The engineering report was prepared for the Company by the global engineering consultancy company, Tractebel Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (http://www.tractebel-engineering-gdfsuez.com/).

In light of the engineering report, the Company intends to continue with its due diligence by commencing with its legal and accounting reviews.
