WARSAW--Polish state-controlled power utility PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA (PGE.WA) Friday said it completed the takeover of Polish windfarm projects with an enterprise value of 683 million zlotys ($206 million) from DONG Energy Wing Power AS.

After the deal, PGE's windfarms have a combined installed capacity of 198.5 megawatts, up from 138 megawatts previously.

The deal includes a package of planned wind projects with 555 megawatt potential capacity. DONG's 40 person team in Poland will be incorporated into PGE's operations.
