WARSAW--Poland's largest utility PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA (PGE.WA) will pay 2.06 billion zlotys ($681 million) in dividend, it said late Wednesday after posting a 14% rise in profit last year.

The company will pay PLN1.1 a share, up from PLN0.86 a year earlier. In 2013, it made PLN4.12 billion in net profit compared with PLN3.62 billion in 2012.
