The board of directors of Planktos Corp. (the �Company�) (Pink Sheets: PLKT) wishes to make the following announcements: Enrique J. L�pez de Mesa of Toronto, Ontario, has been appointed as a director and as the CEO of the Company. Michael Gobuty of Rancho Mirage, California, has also been appointed as a director of the Company. The Company is negotiating to acquire 100% of the shares of a private company called Churchill Mining Corp. (CMC). The sole asset of CMC is the right to acquire and re-develop two major copper properties in N.E. British Columbia. The two properties were formerly owned by Churchill Copper Corp and Davis-Keays Mining Corp. The three directors of CMC are: Dr. Michael Hitch of Vancouver, British Columbia, Paul Sarjeant of Toronto, Ontario, and Michael Ross of Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company intends to change its name to Lobo Resources, Inc. and to consolidate existing common shares on a 20:1 basis. A private placement to raise up to one million dollars ($1,000,000) for working capital is anticipated post share consolidation.
