New car registrations in Germany jumped 12% in February compared with the same period a year earlier, federal motor vehicle agency KBA said Wednesday. "German February New Car Registrations Jump 12% on Year," at 1119 GMT, misstated the day of the week and the description of KBA as an industry group in the first paragraph.
