Porsche Automobil Holding SE (PAH3.XE) said Tuesday its shareholders approved the enlargement of the company's supervisory board from six to 10 members.

The German company said as soon as the amendment of the articles of association has been entered in the commercial register, Josef Michael Ahorner, Stefan Piech, Peter Daniell Porsche, Guenther Horvath and Marianne Heiss will join the supervisory board.

Siegfried Wolf said he would not stand for re-election to the supervisory board, according to the company.

Porsche said Hans-Peter Porsche retired from his position on the supervisory board, effective as of the end of the annual general meeting on Tuesday.
