Segro Sees Trading In Line With Views, Reinmann Resigns

Segro PLC (SGRO.LN), a commercial property investment and
development company, said Monday current trading and market
conditions are in line with expectations at the time of interim
management statement issued Nov. 5, and Ines Reinmann, Managing
Director, Continental Europe has resigned from the Board with
immediate effect.
MAIN FACTS:
-Strategy for the business is unchanged--board continues to seek
out opportunities to capitalize on the current economic environment
both in the U.K. and Continental Europe.
-Ian Coull, Chief Executive of Segro will take direct
responsibility for Continental Europe, in the short term, until a
permanent replacement is appointed.
-Andrew Gulliford, Segro's Business Development Director will
support Coull in running the Continental European operations.
