UST Global Executive to Join KUBOO, Inc. Technical Advisory Board

(OTC Pink: SGTB) announced today that Saurabh Ranjan, Managing Director of Global Operations for UST Global, will join the company's newly formed Technical Advisory Board as part of the new strategic alliance formed amongst the two companies.

Saurabh is in charge of UST Global's Strategic M&A and Strategic Offerings, as well as Sales Support Services. With more than 22 years of experience, he is responsible for shaping and implementing innovative sourcing strategies that have fostered and grown UST Global's employer branding initiatives. His accountable strength in building and managing relationships at senior business levels allows UST Global to provide robust and integrated staffing solutions. Saurabh is also responsible for Business Operations, Global Supply, Global Marketing and Branding, Advisory Board and Sovereign Strategy. Saurabh uses his unique leadership skills as an active participant in UST Global's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Prior to joining UST Global, Saurabh spent more than 12 years working for large IT product and service organizations like Cadence, Keane, and Covansys, where he developed organizational capabilities by implementing recruiter skills training, consistent regional processes, systems updates and indicator reports. He was also part of multiple development programs such as workforce analysis, recruitment strategy, university relations and employer branding.

Saurabh holds Master of Arts from Delhi University, MBA from IMT, India, Advanced computer certificate from Aptech, India and Human Resource & Law from UCI, California. He is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
