On July 15, 2011, the company chose to file a Form 15 12g; a certification and notice of termination of registration under section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or suspension of duty to file reports under section 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The filing of the Form 15 A-1 is a notice to withdraw the Form 15 12(g) and once again become a reporting company.

SIPP's CEO, Chris Fascenelli stated, “The Form 15 12(g) filed in 2011 was a voluntary filing.
