STOCKHOLM--Swedish ball-bearing maker SKF AB (SKF-B.SK) said Thursday it has been awarded a long-term contract worth around SEK900 million to supply bearings to Turbomeca, a division of the French-based Safran S.A. (SAF.FR).

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-The bearings will be used in Turbomeca's new Arrano helicopter engine.

-At 0912 GMT shares traded 1.9% lower at SEK160.40.
