Andrea Cataneo is a partner at Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP ("SRFF"), a New York-based corporate and securities law firm. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities matters as well as general representation of private and public companies engaged in transactional and financing activities, private placement offerings, corporate formations and restructurings, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to joining SRFF, Ms. Cataneo operated a private practice focused on securities law, corporate finance, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and entertainment law. Previously, she served as General Counsel to Power Station Entertainment, Inc. Ms. Cataneo has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers University School of Law.
