Bulletin Board: SPXA) announces the appointment of Jeff Nolan,
entrepreneur, venture capitalist and prolific social media
strategist, to its board of directors. In 1998, Mr. Nolan began his
explorations into social media during his tenure as Venture Partner
for SAP Ventures where he managed a portfolio of investments and
started the Venture Chronicles blog. In the venture capital and
entrepreneurial community, Venture Chronicles is considered an
authority on blogs, wikis, and social media. Venture Chronicles and
Mr. Nolan himself have been extensively sourced in The Wall Street
Journal, San Jose Mercury News and Venture Capital Journal. Mr.
Nolan also founded the Enterprise Irregulars Blogging Community,
