EXPLANATORY NOTE

The Registrant is filing this amendment to its Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 in order to update its certifications pursuant to Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and also to attach the updated certification as well as its Section 1350 certification each as a separate exhibit, Exhibits 31.1 and 32.1, respectively.
