Seychelle Water Filtration Products, a DBA of Seychelle Environmental Technologies, Inc. (Seychelle) (OTCQB: SYEV), a worldwide leader in the development, assembly and sale of proprietary portable water filtration bottles made several announcements today relating to its marketing and sales programs.

We are pleased to announce that we have settled the lawsuit and all issues with Archette and their affiliates and have amicably parted ways with them. This lawsuit was noted both in the Q3 10Q filing ended November 30, 2014, and in a contemporaneous press release. Seychelle plans to rapidly move into the pH filter products market with several new products that we have developed. These products have proprietary filter technology that allows them to increase the alkalinity (pH) of source water up to 9.0 or more.

Overall sales in January and February were strong, and one of our major distributors in the US, this past week, has just started to sell one of these new products via their TV direct sales program. We consider the first few days to be a resounding success in terms of product orders. We expect the trend to continue well into FY 16.

Seychelle continues to remain in a strong cash position, with no long-term debt and is moving aggressively to open new markets for its products.
