The “Registrant” was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the thirteen weeks ended April 3, 2021 by the May 18, 2021 filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies due to the inability of the Registrant’s audit committee to meet to approve the financial statements due to religious observance. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.

	The Registrant expects to report that its revenues for the thirteen weeks ended April 3, 2021 will not be materially different than those of the thirteen weeks ended March 28, 2020. The registrant expects to report operating income in the 2021 period in an amount that will exceed that of its operating income for the 2020 period. However, these results of operations are still subject to change.
