Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 10, 2012 the board of directors of Tongxin International Ltd. (the “Company”) received a resignation letter from Mr. Marcus Chao, wherein Mr. Chao resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Chao’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices and was effective immediately.
