Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On July 16, 2009, we entered into a Music Agreement and an Agreement for promotional appearances with Colgate-Palmolive Canada Inc. (“CP”). The agreements provide that UOMO Media Inc. hereby licenses to CP the irrevocable right to use one (1) original musical composition written by and recorded by UOMO’s Artist for use solely in connection with the GET FRESH! and Dance… promotion being launched by CP and that Artists make promotional appearances. The term of the Music Agreement commences July 18, 2009 to December 31, 2009. This agreement may be extended for unlimited terms of one year each unless formerly terminated by either party.
The Music Agreement between Colgate-Palmolive Canada Inc. and UOMO Media Inc. is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this report, incorporated herewith.
The Agreement for promotional appearances between Colgate-Palmolive Canada Inc., BOOM! Marketing and UOMO Media Inc. is filed as Exhibit 10.2 to this report, incorporated herewith.
