We especially focus on the development and commercialization of all-electric yachts to help mitigate the climate change impacts on the earth. We currently carry out the following business operations in China and Taiwan: (1) Development and operations of yacht marinas. We have leased and operated a yacht marina in the downtown of Wenzhou City, China, and we expect to operate more yacht marinas in the near future; (2) We developed and operate an online platform "Joy Wave" to provide yacht rental and time-share services in China; (3) We provided consulting services to other yacht marina operators in regard to yacht marina operations know-how; (4) Research and development of all-electric boats.
