Rango Energy, Inc. (OTCBB:RAGO) (the "Company") announced today that it would effect a name change to Verde Science, Inc., in order to facilitate the Company's transition to providing legal licensed medical marijuana production and services.

Verde is partnering with established companies and individuals in the industry who share the Company's view for the necessity to implement strict security, quality control, and measures to ensure compliance with all local and regional laws and regulations.

The Company is close to finalizing negotiations with established industry leading manufacturers and scientific experts and will provide shareholders with an update as milestones are achieved.
