Xenonics Holdings, Inc. is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 by the scheduled filing deadline because the review and finalization of certain disclosures in the Form 10-Q could not be completed without unreasonable effort or expense. It is anticipated that the Form 10-Q, along with the quarterly financial statements, will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Form 10-Q.
