Berman DeValerio, (www.bermandevalerio.com), one of the nation’s leading law firms representing investors seeking to recover money lost due to investment fraud, is investigating possible securities law violations involving Yuhe International Inc. (NASDAQ:YUII) (“Yuhe”or the “Company”).

The investigation was initiated today on news that Yuhe’s independent auditor, Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw, PLLC (“CVWB”) had terminated its audit relationship with the Company on June 17, 2011 due to “management’s misrepresentation and failure to disclose material facts surrounding certain acquisition transactions and off-balance sheet related party transactions.” On the same date, CVWB also notified Yuhe that as a result, CVWB’s audit report for the year ended December 31, 2010 “should no longer be relied upon and must no longer be associated with the financial statements.” Trading in the Company’s stock has been halted since June 17, 2011. The day prior to the halt, Yuhe’s stock fell more than 51%.
