                             Blueheath Holdings plc
                         ("Blueheath" or the "Company")

                               E-Commerce Awards

Blueheath Holdings plc, the UK's fastest-growing delivered wholesaler is
delighted to announce that it has been awarded the title of 'National
E-Champion' of the seventh annual DTI / InterForum E-Commerce Awards in
association with BT. The award was conferred for the innovative way in which it
has applied e-technology to develop a unique business model servicing the
independent grocery retail sector, transforming the efficiency and effectiveness
of its distribution model and stripping costs out of its supply chain.

Blueheath was awarded the overall title for its implementation and use of
e-trading, distribution and supply-chain technology, that now underpins the
foundation of the company. The implementation and innovative use of technology
has enabled Blueheath Holdings to grow and manage its business, in a highly
competitive market sector, and pass the cost savings it has achieved on to its
customers and clients.

Blueheath also won the London regional and national 'best end-to-end integrated
business' category and beat 71 other regional and national winners from across
the UK at the final of the National E-Commerce Awards 2005.

Phil Flaxton, Chief Executive of InterForum, said;

"Since the Awards inception in 1999, we have seen entrants' steadily increasing
maturity and innovative use technology, endorsing clearly how technology is all
about integration, transformation and enhanced business processes. In 2005, the
Awards entrants demonstrate how the clever and considered application of
technology represents a complete reassessment and shift in the way that business
is done, and at its most successful, forms a core part of a fully integrated
competitive strategy for business growth."
