Chrysler Group is recognized for its dedication and commitment to
expanding the local Detroit NSHMBA chapter's vision and presence in
Michigan AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- For
the first time, Chrysler Group has been honored as the "Corporation
of the Year" by the Detroit chapter of the National Society of
Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). This prestigious award evaluates all
corporations on their success of proactively accelerating the
NSHMBA mission and vision on local and national levels. David
Olsen, Executive Vice President and controller for Chrysler Group,
accepted the award on behalf of the corporation at a holiday gala
and recognition awards reception held December 9 at Laurel Manor in
Livonia, Michigan. "In the increasingly diverse and global

National Society of Hispanic MBAs was created in 1988 as a
501(C)(3) non-profit organization. Widely known as the "Premier
Hispanic Organization," NSHMBA serves 29 chapters including
Detroit, and 6,000 members in the United States and Puerto Rico. It
fosters Hispanic leadership through graduate management education
and professional development. NSHMBA prepares Hispanics for
leadership positions throughout the United States, so that they can
provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the
