ATLANTA, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Senators John Ensign and Joseph
Lieberman have introduced the National Innovation Act of 2005. The
bill addresses certain of the recommendations contained in the
National Innovation Initiative Report published by the Council on
Competitiveness. The following statement can be attributed to F.
