design and manufacture of medical devices for medical respiratory
products and infusion therapy worldwide. Repro-Med manufactures
medical devices for a variety of markets including emergency-care,
hospital, and home-care. The Company's primary products are
RES-Q-VAC and FREEDOM 60. RES-Q-VAC is currently the market leader
for portable suction instruments, providing a complete suction
system designed to remove fluids from a patient's airway. As the
RES-Q-VAC consists of a hand-held, human powered portable suction
pump, it provides its benefits in many markets, being particularly
effective in emergency settings. The proprietary design and
disposable features of the RES-Q-VAC eliminate the risk of
contaminating the health care provider when suctioning a patient or
during post treatment cleanup. The product is particularly suited
for emergency providers and vehicles, hospitals and as backup
support for powered suction systems. The FREEDOM60 Syringe Infusion
Pump provides a portable, high quality, self powered, maintenance
free delivery system for ambulatory, home and hospital use,
delivering precise infusion rates and uniform flow profiles that
provides consistent transfer of medication. The FREEDOM60 is a
versatile, easy-to-use lightweight mechanical pump providing a
cost-effective alternative to expensive electronic and disposable
IV administration devices and may be used to deliver a wide range
of infusion products including antibiotics, pain control,
chemotherapy drugs, immune globulin, desferal, cardiac drugs, among
others. About Den Ventures Den Ventures, LLC provides strategic
advisory services to public and private small and mid-market
technology companies. Den develops and implements tactical sales
programs directed at building sales forces, identifying alternative
channels of distribution, developing strategic alliances and
implementing direct marketing programs designed to produce business
