Members of the National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA), also referred to as the Black Press of America, can win $10,000 for their publication by demonstrating their business savvy and community-minded spirit. "The DaimlerChrysler Financial Services/NNPA Foundation Entrepreneurial Award is designed to encourage NNPA-member publications to seek alternative and innovative ways to promote and build their publication's business," said Klaus Entenmann, President and CEO, DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Americas LLC. "This is a unique opportunity since the award does not focus on the editorial content of the publication, but is earmarked for those publications which have established creative campaigns to stay most relevant to the readers and the communities they serve."
