American Stock Exchange Lists Units of MBF Healthcare Acquisition Corp.

NEW YORK, April 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The American Stock
Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the units of MBF Healthcare
Acquisition Corp. under the ticker symbol MBH.U. Located in Coral
Gables, Florida, MBF Healthcare Acquisition Corp. is a newly
organized company formed for the purpose of acquiring, through a
merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase,
reorganization or other similar business combination with one or
more businesses focused in the healthcare industry. The offer size
is 18.75M units at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of
approximately $150M with Merrill Lynch & Co. as lead
underwriter. One unit equals one share of common stock and one
warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading.
