SINGAPOUR (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'indice Hang Seng a terminé la séance de vendredi en hausse de 2,4%, à 16.792,19 points, les investisseurs restant confiants dans une réduction de leurs taux d'intérêt par les grandes banques centrales l'an prochain. Les valeurs immobilières ont enregistré les plus fortes progressions après l'annonce par Pékin et Shanghai de mesures en faveur des acquéreurs de logements.
