SINGAPOUR (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'indice Hang Seng était stable vendredi à la clôture, à 17.047,39 points, mais termine l'année en baisse de 14%, accusant ainsi son quatrième repli annuel consécutif. Les valeurs immobilières ont pesé sur le marché, l'indice Hang Seng Mainland Properties ayant décroché de 40% en 2023. Les analystes s'attendent à ce que la crise du secteur immobilier en Chine continue à affecter le marché en 2024. Vendredi, la progression des valeurs pharmaceutiques et automobiles a contrebalancé le repli des valeurs technologiques. Hansoh Pharmaceutical a grimpé de 6,3% et Li Auto, de 1,8%. Xiaomi a abandonné 4,2% et SMIC, 1,7%.
