Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that on 17 June 2024, it bought into treasury 1,812,643 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (the "Shares"):

Following the transaction, the Company issued share capital is 229,332,478 Shares. The Company holds 5,907,643 Shares in treasury, which do not carry any voting rights. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 223,424,835 Shares.
