Hochtief AG (HOT.XE) said Wednesday that it will begin buying
out the remaining 5.31% of Abertis Infraestructuras SA (ABE.MC)
that it doesn't already own.
The German construction company, which is a subsidiary of
Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA (ACS.MC), will pay 18.36
euros ($21.25) a share for the remaining equity. The purchase order
extends from June 21 until at least July 27, Hochtief said.
Abertis's shareholders will then vote on delisting the company
from the Spanish stock exchanges at a general meeting on July
25.
