Meeting of McPhy: all resolutions recommended by the Board of
Directors were approved

May 27, 2019 at 5:45 pm - The Combined Extraordinary and
Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of McPhy was held on May 23,
2019 at the Hôtel IBIS STYLES, Valence TGV, at Alixan (Drôme),
France.
Shareholders present or
represented totaling 6 584 318 (53.54%) voting rights, adopted
with a large majority all the resolutions recommended by the Board
of Directors.
Commenting on the company's
outlook, Pascal Mauberger, confirmed his confidence in pursuing a
dynamic of growth and improved profitability in a buoyant
market.
