(b)	On March 5, 2008, Charles R. Poole, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, notified the Company that he will retire as President effective immediately.

(c)	On March 5, 2008, the Company announced that Kelly E. Simmons had been elected as interim President, and would continue as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
