                     MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT HASLEMERE NV

The Board of Haslemere NV ("Haslemere") today announced that Christopher Bartram
(54), Chairman of the Management Board of Haslemere since 1995 is to leave the
Company at the end of 2003 to pursue other business interests. He will be
succeeded by Richard Debney (41), a Director of Haslemere NV.

Richard Debney has been involved in all aspects of the company's property work
for more than 10 years and has played a pivotal role in the management team as a
director of Haslemere Estates Management Ltd since 1998. Prior to joining
Haslemere, Richard held asset management positions in the property teams at
Legal & General and Prudential plc.

Shimon Weintraub, Co-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HNV said:

"The Supervisory Board is indebted to Chris Bartram for his excellent leadership
of Haslemere over the past 8 years, and in particular for his work in
successfully completing the first phase of the new Business Plan following
Brack's acquisition of the Company in May 2002.

"We look forward to delivering the next phase of the business plan with the
management team under Richard Debney. The team has the experience and skills to
deliver Haslemere's new strategy and goals, in particular Haslemere Partners,
the new business we have created to set up joint venture investment partnerships
such as the one signed with GE Real Estate in June 2003."

Haslemere NV today also announces its half year results for the six months to
end of June 2003.
