Holding in Company

The Company has been notified that SG Option Europe (SGOE) has reduced its
holding to 3,526,208 ordinary shares (Societe Generale AG as SGOE's parent
company being also deemed to have an interest in the shares) representing 8.34%
of the total issued share capital.

The Company has been notified by Weiss Asset Management that Brookdale
International partners has acquired and now holds 2,380,000 ordinary shares and
Brookdale Global opportunity Fund has acquired and now holds 1,020,000 ordinary
shares, representing in aggregate 8.05% of the total issued share capital.
