On November 26, 2024, Nicholas Cooper, notified the Company of his intent to resign as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company effective November 30, 2024 for personal reasons. Mr. Cooper’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s financials, operations, policies, or practices.
