Teche Announces Quarterly Dividend to $0.38 per Common Share, Yield of 2.1% and Payout Ratio of 33.0%

NEW IBERIA, LA--(Marketwired - Feb 27, 2014) - (NYSEMKT: TSH) The Board of Directors of Teche Holding Company, holding company for Teche Federal Bank, announced that it had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share of its common stock. The effective dividend yield amounts to 2.1% based on the stock price on the close of business on February 26, 2014.

This dividend represents a quarterly payout ratio of 33.0% based on diluted earnings per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 17, 2014.
