Adjournment of General Meeting

Further to the announcement of 5 July 2022 and the posting of the circular to shareholders (the "Circular") to convene a General Meeting of the Company, the Company has been made aware of new information that potentially impacts the concert party disclosures in the Circular.

As a result, the Company and its advisers are currently in discussions with the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers in respect of the required disclosures and shareholder structure and the General Meeting will be adjourned while these matters are resolved.

Capitalised and defined terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Circular.

Shareholders need take no action at this stage and a further announcement will be made in due course.

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this announcement.
