Provision of Annual Report and General Meeting Notice

Silverwood Brands plc, an enterprise company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2023 and a General Meeting notice were provided to Shareholders today.

The General Meeting to receive the Annual Report and Accounts will be held at Peterhouse Capital Limited at 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE at 9.00 am on 25 July 2024.
