Following the announcement earlier today that Nick Mackenzie has been appointed 
as Chief Executive Officer of Greene King PLC, effective from 1 May 2019, we 
announce that Nick will be stepping down from his role as non-executive 
director prior to taking up his new role. The search for a new non-executive 
director is under way and a further announcement will be made in due course.
