Its lead product candidate, amsulostat, is being developed for the treatment of bone marrow cancer myelofibrosis and is in Phase 1c/2 studies for patients with myelodysplastic syndrome. The company also develops topical pan-LOX inhibitors with SNT-9465, which is in a Phase 1a/b study for hypertrophic scars; SNT-6302 for keloid scars; and SNT-4728 to treat sleep disorders and slow progression of neurodegenerative diseases by reducing neuroinflammation.
