Gaming Corporation plc ("the Company")

The Company was notified today that Jason Drummond, Non-Executive Chairman of
the Company, who held 22,809,236 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company
representing 21.38% of the issued share capital, and Justin Drummond, Chief
Executive of the Company, who held 8,355,487 Ordinary Shares of 1p each
representing 7.83% of the issued share capital in the Company, each sold on 23
September 2003 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 2.125p.  As a
result of the disposal Jason Drummond now holds 17,809,236 Ordinary Shares of 1p
each in the Company representing 16.70% of the issued share capital of the
Company, and Justin Drummond now holds 3,355,487 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in
the Company representing 3.15% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a
result of the transaction Jason Drummond and Justin Drummond who are treated as
a Concert Party now hold together a total of 19.85%.

Further to the above the Company has today been notified that on 23 September
2003 City Equities Limited purchased 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each,
representing approximately 9.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
