On 7 January 2004 the Board of the Company, in accordance with the Superscape
plc 1999 Performance Related Stock Incentive Plan, granted options over ordinary
shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to the following directors of the
Company, at an option price of 33p per Ordinary Share:
