CHANGE TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Andrew Cox, non-executive director
and shareholder representative of Allianz Capital Partners is to
step down as an alternate non-executive director from the Board on
10 June 2024. Roxana Tataru will return to the Board effective from
same date following her absence since 15 November 2023.
