(Dartford) Issuer plc, effective 30 September 2024:
· Alan Edward Birch will step down from his role as Nominated
Director (on behalf of Semperian PPP Investment Partners No.2
Limited).
· Daniel North will be appointed to the role of Nominated
Director (on behalf of Semperian PPP Investment Partners No.2
Limited).
· Gary Brown will be appointed to the role of alternate Director
to Daniel North.
