Further to the announcement made on 9 November 2007, T.H.F.C. (Funding No.1) Plc
is pleased to announce that application has been made by T.H.F.C. (Funding No.1)
Plc to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of #32.633 million 5.125%
secured bonds due 2035/37 to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange
for these bonds to be admitted to trading on the Professional Securities Market.

The bonds will rank parri passu with the existing bonds in issue
