GBP 43,470,000 Series 2007-01 Class B Notes due June 2044 (ISIN XS0300920823)

GBP 19,780,000 Series 2007-01 Class C Notes due June 2044 (ISIN XS0300921128)

GBP 5,110,000 Series 2007-01 Class Da Notes due June 2044 (ISIN XS0300921474)

EUR 5,000,000 Series 2007-01 Class Db Notes due June 2044 (ISIN XS0301241039) (the Notes)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all of the outstanding Notes will be redeemed by the Issuer on 9 June 2017 (the Optional Redemption Date), pursuant to Note Condition 6.3 of the Note Conditions of the Series 2007-01 Notes. The Series 2007-01 Notes will be redeemed at the Note Principal Amount Outstanding of each of the Series 2007-01 Notes on the Optional Redemption Date plus all other accrued and unpaid liabilities in respect of each of the Series 2007-01 Notes on the Optional Redemption Date (including all accrued interest outstanding).

Payment of principal and interest in respect of each Note will be made to the person shown as at the close of business on the relevant Series Note Register Record Date as the Holder of such Note in the Series Note Register in accordance with the payment details held as at the close of business on the Series Note Register Record Date by the Series Note Registrar in respect of such person.
