Swan Housing Capital plc (the" Company") wish to announce that Jeremy Vickers has been appointed to the Board with effect from 24 December 2021.

Mr. Vickers, a Chartered Accountant is Swan Housing Group's interim Finance Director and does not hold any shares in the Company as Swan Housing Capital plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swan Housing Association.

The Company confirms that there is no other information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to this appointment.
