Notice of Completion of Merger of Registrar under the U.S.$65,000,000,000 Bank of America Corporation Euro Medium-Term Note Program dated May 18, 2018 (the "Program")

To: All holders of securities, as identified by the ISIN numbers below, which are listed on the London Stock Exchange and remain outstanding under the Program

(the "Relevant Instruments")

Further to the notice of a proposed merger dated July 31, 2018 and the supplement dated July 31, 2018 supplementing the Base Prospectus dated May 18, 2018 in respect of the Program, Bank of America Corporation ("BAC") hereby gives notice that the merger of Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Limited into Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Designated Activity Company ("BAMLI DAC") became effective on December 1, 2018 (the "Effective Date"). From the Effective Date, BAMLI DAC became the Registrar in respect of the Relevant Instruments.
